Qatar has announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft to launch the 'AI Agent Factory,' a digital platform aimed at modernizing government services through artificial intelligence. The initiative, unveiled on Friday, represents a significant leap in Qatar's efforts to streamline bureaucracy and enhance operational efficiency. The platform will leverage Microsoft's technology infrastructure to develop intelligent AI agents capable of automating tasks such as application processing and query resolution.

Ahmed Al-Kuwari, director of the ministry’s Information Systems Department, emphasized the transformative potential of the project. 'Advanced AI technologies will enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and improve the quality of smart services,' he said. The AI Agent Factory is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing government systems, enabling rapid deployment across public ministries.

This initiative underscores Qatar's commitment to harnessing cutting-edge technology to redefine citizen and business interactions with public institutions. The rollout of AI-powered services is expected to set a new benchmark for government automation in the region.
